We're looking for a talented Financial Accountant to join our Finance team in a varied and influential role that combines financial reporting, audit leadership, regulatory compliance, treasury activities, and continuous improvement.
Reporting to the Head of Finance, you'll play a key role in ensuring the organisation's financial integrity, leading external reporting and audit processes, supporting strategic projects, and driving improvements across finance systems and procedures. You'll also have the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders and contribute to the wider success of the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:




- Leading the external audit process and statutory reporting requirements.
- Preparing and submitting regulatory returns.
- Managing key balance sheet reconciliations and financial controls.
- Supporting treasury activities and inter-company transactions.
- Identifying and implementing process and system improvements.
- Supporting wider finance activities and deputising for the Head of Finance when required.
