We are looking for Care Assistant's to join our Extra Care service, Beaumont House.
Key responsibilities:
- Offering daytoday support with personal care, mobility, social activities, eating and drinking, and medication.
- Forming positive, personcentered relationships and providing compassionate emotional support when needed.
- Using clear communication, active listening and careful observation to ensure accurate care plan documentation.
- Assisting people with a range of health needs, including dementia, mental health challenges and endoflife support.
- Maintaining awareness of safeguarding practices and responding appropriately to concerns.
- Working collaboratively to develop personcentered care plans tailored to each individual's goals and preferences.
