Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level assistance to French-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat within the Customer Support Services sector.
Troubleshoot complex technical inquiries and resolve issues with efficiency and professional courtesy.




Maintain detailed customer records and documentation in our CRM systems to ensure high service standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate urgent matters and provide feedback on service quality.
