We are currently scouting for a dedicated professional to join our team in Sofia for a French Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients, ensuring excellence in all Customer Support Services interactions.
Resolve complex inquiries through phone, email, and live chat with precision and a professional tone.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.




Document all interactions within our centralized CRM system to ensure seamless service continuity.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate recurring technical or service-related issues.
Meet and exceed performance indicators as outlined by the Customer Support Services management team.
Participate in ongoing training sessions to stay updated on industry best practices and service protocols.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition for these French-speaking jobs.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for high-quality Customer Support Services.
Previous experience in a customer-facing environment is highly desirable.
Proven ability to adapt to a fast-paced, international office environment in Sofia.
