Brand Ambassador – Sales | Tenerife South Airport
Are you a natural closer?
We’re looking for a high-performing sales professional to represent leading international brands at Tenerife South Airport.
This is not a traditional customer service role. We need someone with a strong commercial mindset who knows how to approach customers, identify needs, overcome objections, persuade and close sales — even when the customer is hesitant.
What You’ll Do
Proactively engage with international travelers.
Identify needs and recommend the right products.
Handle objections and close difficult sales.
Drive upselling and cross-selling.
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets.
Deliver a professional, memorable customer experience.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in sales, preferably in a target-driven environment.
Strong persuasion, negotiation and closing skills.
Resilient, confident and highly results-oriented.
Advanced/fluent English is essential.




Comfortable selling and handling objections in English.
Additional languages are a strong advantage.
Versátil availability, including weekends and rotating shifts.
21+ due to the nature of the products.
Tenerife resident — accommodation is not provided.
Clean criminal record required.
The interview will be conducted in English and will assess your communication and sales skills.

Full-time: 40h/week – Fijo Discontinuo contract.
€1,600–€1,900 gross/month (fixed + variable).
