We are currently seeking ambitious professionals for a French Speaking Customer Care Experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality omnichannel support to French-speaking customers, maintaining the premium standards of the Customer Support Services industry.
Resolve complex inquiries through phone, email, and chat with a focus on first-contact resolution.
Represent world-renowned brands with professionalism, acting as the primary point of contact for international clients.
Maintain detailed customer records within our CRM systems,



ensuring data accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and escalate trends or recurring technical issues.
Uphold the brand’s reputation by delivering empathetic and efficient solutions to every customer interaction.
Participate in regular coaching and development sessions to refine your expertise in the Customer Support Services sector.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
Professional proficiency in English.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Proven passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences within the Customer Support Services industry.
Strong digital literacy and ability to thrive in a remote working environment based in Greece.
Excellent communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset.
