We are looking for a passionate and experienced Product Manager to join our Product organization.
As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for identifying customer problems worth solving, defining product strategy, and leading cross-functional teams to deliver impactful solutions. You will work closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Marketing, Customer Success, Commercial teams, and leadership to create products that generate value for users and the business.
You will combine strategic thinking, customer understanding,
and analytical rigor to identify opportunities, validate solutions, and drive measurable outcomes. You will be accountable for the success of your product area, balancing user needs, business goals, and technical considerations to maximize impact.
We are looking for someone who thrives in ambiguity, enjoys solving complex problems, and is passionate about building products that customers love.
Job Requirements
100% user/customer oriented with real passion for solving user/customer problems.
Data-driven and strong analytical skills.
Deep experience with A/B testing processes and tools for apps and web.
Ability to work in cross functional teams in an energising environment.
Leadership skills, ability to inspire and guide teams without direct authority and provide hands-on leadership.
Very good organisational and communication skills.
4 or more years’ experience working in digital product management in a Product Man
