Provide proactive advisory support on cybersecurity best practices to French-speaking clients across the globe.
Continuously update your knowledge of emerging cyber threats and defense technologies to provide cutting-edge customer advocacy.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong passion for the cybersecurity industry and technology.
Previous experience in technical support, helpdesk, or customer success environments.
Excellent communication skills, capable of explaining complex technical security concepts clearly.
Professional proficiency in English to engage with our general internal teams.
