Key Responsibilities
Deliver world-class technical and consultative support to Dyson users regarding high-end consumer electronics.
Provide expert troubleshooting and solutions for a wide range of premium household and personal care technology.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering personalized, brand-aligned interactions.




Identify opportunities to educate customers on the superior performance and unique features of Dyson products.
Maintain detailed case records within the CRM to ensure a seamless follow-up process for all technical inquiries.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex hardware or software queries effectively.
Achieve individual and team performance metrics centered on quality, efficiency, and customer loyalty.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Strong command of the English language for internal communication.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit to reside and work in Greece.
A genuine passion for consumer electronics and a drive to provide premium service experiences.
Previous experience in a customer-facing or technical support role is considered a significant advantage.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain complex technical concepts with ease.
