Job Overview
We are currently seeking ambitious professionals for our French Speaking Financial Customer Experts position in Greece. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level financial support and guidance to French-speaking clients regarding their accounts and transactions.
Maintain accuracy and compliance with financial regulations and internal data security policies.
Resolve complex financial queries and complaints with professionalism and efficiency.
Analyze market trends and customer behavior to provide data-driven insights to the finance department.




Collaborate with international teams to ensure seamless service delivery across the EMEA region.
Maintain detailed documentation of all financial interactions in the company CRM system.
Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members within the finance division.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Previous experience in the finance, banking, or fintech sector is highly preferred.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and general digital literacy.
A proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced financial environment.
