Job Overview
We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the French Speaking Customer Experts for Miele position in Greece, operating within the high-end consumer electronics sector. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level technical and operational support to customers regarding Miele’s premium consumer electronics appliances.
Ensure an exceptional service experience by maintaining the brand’s reputation for excellence and reliability.
Troubleshoot technical inquiries related to product features, installation, and general maintenance.




Maintain accurate records of customer interactions within our CRM systems.
Act as a brand ambassador, offering knowledgeable advice on high-end electronic home solutions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex cases and optimize the customer journey.
Stay updated on new product releases and innovative advancements in the consumer electronics market.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written).
Professional proficiency in English.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Passionate about consumer electronics and delivering high-quality customer care.
Strong communication and analytical problem-solving skills.
Ability to work remotely from any location within Greece.
