About Avanza Sports

Avanza Sports is a sports experiences company that connects young athletes and families with some of the world’s most prestigious sports organizations. We organize international soccer and tennis camps, player development experiences, and sports travel programs in partnership with brands such as Real Madrid Foundation and Rafa Nadal Academy.
As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Social Media Manager to join our marketing team.

Location

Remote position.
Candidates must be based in Madrid, Spain, and available to attend company events, camps, and marketing activations when required.

About the Role

This is a hands-on role for someone who is passionate about social media, sports, content creation, and storytelling.
You will be responsible for managing and growing Avanza Sports’ social media presence across multiple platforms, helping us connect with families, athletes, and sports fans across the United States, Latin America, and Europe.




You will work directly with the Marketing Director and play a key role in shaping how Avanza Sports and our partner brands are communicated across digital channels.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

Manage and grow Avanza Sports’ social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Develop and manage monthly and weekly content calendars.
Plan, schedule, and publish content across all platforms.
Write engaging captions, headlines, and social media copy in English and Spanish when required.
Adapt content and messaging to suit each platform and target audience.
Monitor comments, messages, mentions, and community engagement.
Analyze social media performance and identify opportunities for growth.
Stay up to date with social media trends, formats, features, and best practices.
Test new content formats and ideas to increase reach, engagement, and follower growth.

Develop creative content ideas around our camps, athletes, events, experiences, and partner brands
