DaoPay is a licensed international payment service provider operating in over 70 countries. We work with e-commerce, digital platforms, and high-growth online businesses, delivering tailored payment solutions in a regulated general environment.

We are looking for a commercially driven Sales Business Development Manager professional with a strong track record in payments, acquiring, or fintech who knows how to open doors, close deals, and build lasting revenue.

This is a high-impact role for someone who wants real ownership, strong earning potential, and the opportunity to help shape growth. For the right person, there is also scope to lead and develop a team of lead generation professionals.

Your Responsibilities:
Own the full sales cycle from origination to closing
Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of e-commerce and digital merchant opportunities




Identify and win new business across target markets and verticals
Structure, negotiate, and close commercial agreements in line with internal compliance and risk requirements
Position and sell tailored payment solutions including acquiring setups, APMs, and alternative payment flows
Work closely with Compliance, Legal, Product and Operations to ensure smooth onboarding and execution
Build long-term relationships with key clients, partners, and strategic stakeholders
Track market developments and identify new commercial opportunities
Represent Daopay in client meetings, negotiations and industry events

Your Profile:
4+ years of proven success in Sales or Business Development within payments, acquiring, fintech
Proven track record in closing and managing complex commercial deals and generating revenue
Solid understanding of e-commerce, acquiring, alternative payment methods, and the wider payments ecosystem
Experience working within or alo
