Job Overview
We are currently scouting for a talented individual to fill the Portuguese Speaking Zalando Customer Expert position in Greece. This is a unique opportunity to join one of Europe’s leading fashion retailers, providing high-level support and shaping the future of digital commerce while living in beautiful Greece.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat for the retail giant, Zalando.
Assist customers with inquiries regarding online orders, sizing, delivery tracking, and returns.
Provide expert fashion advice and insights, enhancing the overall online shopping experience for Portuguese-speaking clients.




Resolve complex consumer issues related to digital payments and loyalty program benefits.
Maintain high quality standards to ensure customer satisfaction and brand loyalty in the competitive retail market.
Collaborate with internal teams to streamline the communication process for international retail operations.
Adapt quickly to new retail trends and system updates to provide accurate, up-to-date information to customers.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Strong command of English to facilitate internal communication.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
A genuine passion for the retail and fashion industry.
Excellent problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Previous experience in retail or customer support is highly advantageous.
