Key Responsibilities
Manage back-office administrative tasks to ensure the seamless operation of general gaming platforms.
Monitor player activities and perform essential verification checks to maintain the integrity of the Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
Provide high-level support to the French-speaking user base,



resolving technical and account-related queries with professional precision.
Collaborate with international teams to address fraudulent activity and ensure compliance with gaming industry regulations.
Handle sensitive player data with the highest level of confidentiality and adherence to GDPR standards.
Maintain detailed records and documentation for all escalated support tickets within the back-office environment.
Contribute to the ongoing improvement of support processes specifically tailored to the unique demands of the gaming industry.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is required for this position.
