PURPOSE
As the trusted partner to the BU CFO for all Business Finance matters, the Senior Finance Business Partner enables financially sound planning and decision making across the partner organization. The role spreads financial acumen, tells clear, data-driven stories that spur action,



bridges the gap between finance and operations, and helps shape the decision support tools delivered with Data and Analytics / FP&A.;
The role takes a technology-guided, coaching-led approach to partnering, enabling decision makers to act more independently. It interprets data, advises the business and supports long-run performance management, drawing on a deep understanding of SITA's business models and financial drivers to convert analysis into decisions, targets and outcomes. It does not produce reporting; production is owned centrally by Data and Analytics / FP&A.;
Support technology and operations cost transparency and investment decisions, project and product, productivity economics and investment business cases across the technology portfolio.
