Job Overview
We are currently seeking a passionate professional to join our team in the heart of Sofia for a French Speaking Fitbit Customer Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Provide expert support to French-speaking users regarding their Fitbit fitness trackers and wellness software.
Assist customers with technical troubleshooting, device synchronization, and wellness app navigation.
Promote a culture of health and activity by explaining the benefits of advanced health monitoring features.




Document user interactions accurately to help maintain high service standards in the Fitness & Wellness industry.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex hardware or software inquiries effectively.
Maintain a deep knowledge base of the latest fitness technology trends to better serve our growing user base.
Strive to exceed daily performance targets to earn your monthly performance bonus.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
A strong passion for the Fitness & Wellness industry and active lifestyle technology.
Previous experience in a customer support or service-oriented environment.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to empathize with users on their fitness journey.
Willingness to relocate on-site to our modern offices in Sofia, Bulgaria.
