Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for a French Speaking iRobot Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. This role offers a unique opportunity to represent a world-class leader in consumer electronics, providing expert technical guidance and support to customers across the French market from our state-of-the-art office in Sofia.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert, high-quality technical support to French-speaking customers regarding innovative consumer electronics products.
Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues for autonomous home robotics systems.
Maintain a deep understanding of the consumer electronics industry trends and the specific iRobot product portfolio.




Effectively communicate technical solutions through phone, email, and chat channels.
Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting and exceeding established performance metrics and quality standards.
Document customer interactions accurately within our advanced CRM system to drive continuous service improvement.
Contribute to a high-performing team culture by sharing product knowledge and best practices within the consumer electronics support department.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory for employment in Bulgaria).
Proven interest in the consumer electronics sector and passion for technology.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria, for this exciting career opportunity.
