We are searching for a dynamic professional to join our team in Sofia as a French Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for French-speaking clients navigating complex Logistics & Supply Chain inquiries.
Monitor and manage the end-to-end delivery process, ensuring timely updates and resolution of logistical hurdles.
Coordinate with international transport and warehouse partners to optimize the supply chain workflow.




Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing clear, professional communication regarding delivery statuses and inventory tracking.
Analyze delivery data to identify potential bottlenecks and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
Provide proactive support regarding order amendments, tracking, and logistical problem-solving for the French market.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to global standards within the Logistics & Supply Chain sector.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport (mandatory) to facilitate your transition into one of the most exciting French Speaking Logistics & Delivery Advisor positions in Bulgaria.
Professional proficiency in English to collaborate with our diverse international team.
