Job Overview
We are currently seeking a dynamic professional for our French Speaking Rent-a-Car Consultant position in Bulgaria. This role is a fantastic opportunity to advance your career within the travel industry while enjoying a fully supported international relocation experience to the heart of Sofia.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end rental bookings for French-speaking clients, ensuring a seamless travel experience.
Provide expert guidance on vehicle selection, insurance options, and travel itineraries within the industry.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by resolving rental-related inquiries promptly and professionally.




Collaborate with integral travel partners to ensure accurate fleet availability and service standards.
Maintain detailed records of bookings and transactions in our internal database systems.
Support business growth by identifying opportunities for service upselling during customer interactions.
Uphold the premium brand reputation of our travel industry clients through excellence in every interaction.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or a legal right to work in Bulgaria.
Strong passion for the travel industry and a customer-centric mindset.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and French.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle complex travel requirements.
