Key Responsibilities
Provide expert technical support and guidance to partners within the fast-paced consumer electronics sector.
Troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues for high-end consumer electronic devices.
Maintain strong professional relationships with stakeholders to ensure high service standards for consumer electronics products.




Execute technical consultations in French to resolve partner inquiries with precision and efficiency.
Utilize advanced diagnostic tools to analyze and fix performance gaps in consumer electronics ecosystems.
Collaborate with internal engineering teams to relay product feedback and drive continuous improvement.
Manage documentation and technical reports ensuring all consumer electronics solutions meet international quality protocols.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Valid EU passport or legal right to work in the region.

Proven experience in a technical support or partner-facing consulting environment.
