Operational Leadership & Quality Standards
Oversee daily housekeeping operations to ensure high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and hygiene in guest rooms and public areas.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and public spaces, identifying improvement opportunities and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure adherence to cleaning procedures, safety protocols, and brand quality standards.
Team Leadership & Seasonal Continuity
Recruit, train, coach,



and evaluate housekeeping staff to ensure skill development and consistent performance.
Develop team culture built on respect, cooperation, and pride in work, supporting strong seasonal return rates.
Lead daily briefings, allocate duties, monitor task execution, and support supervisors in shift coordination.
Productivity & Resource Optimization
Plan staffing levels and work schedules in alignment with occupancy forecasts and operational demands.
Implement productivity tracking and workflow efficiency measures.
Ensure correct use, care, and maintenance of cleaning equipment and tools.
Inventory, Supplies & Cost Control
Oversee inventory levels of linen, amenities, cleaning materials, and equipment.
Ensure correct handling and cost-effective use of chemicals and supplies.
Coordinate procurement needs with the Purchasing department and adhere to budgetary guidelines.
