We are currently sourcing exceptional talent for a French Speaking CX Specialist position in Bulgaria, located in the vibrant hub of Sofia. Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality assistance to customers, ensuring satisfaction across all channels within the Customer Support Services industry.
Resolve technical and non-technical inquiries with precision while maintaining a professional and empathetic tone.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, documenting solutions provided within our internal systems.




Collaborate with international teams to optimize communication strategies for French-speaking markets.
Proactively identify customer pain points to improve the overall service experience and brand loyalty.
Meet established performance targets and KPIs as part of a high-achieving Customer Support Services team.
Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information to all clients.
Native or fluent French (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, specifically tailored for the Customer Support Services industry.
Previous experience in a CX, support, or service-oriented role is highly preferred.
Demonstrated ability to thrive in a multicultural, on-site office environment.
