✍️ WHAT WILL YOU DO?
We are looking for a dynamic, proactive and talented person to join our team and perform the following tasks:
Provide first level call and email support for software, hardware and infrastructure related issues.
Troubleshoot incidents related to Office 365, Outlook, Citrix and end-user devices.
Handle incidents and service requests ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
Assign unresolved tickets to the appropriate IT support teams.
Guide and support users on customer processes and procedures.
Translate end-user communications into English when escalating tickets to support teams.
Document technical solutions, best practices and knowledge articles.
Contribute to continuous improvement of tools, processes and technologies.

? WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Experience in a Service Desk, Help Desk or IT Support role.
Fluent Spanish, English and French (mandatory).
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience supporting end users in an enterprise environment.
Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware and infrastructure related issues.
Proactive and team-oriented mindset.
