Overview
Camlin Energy is seeking a commercially focused Regional Marketing Manager to lead marketing execution across Europe. This role is responsible for developing and delivering regional marketing plans that create demand, support strategic account growth, strengthen customer relationships and contribute directly to revenue and pipeline objectives.
Working closely with regional sales teams, product specialists and senior stakeholders, the successful candidate will ensure marketing activity is aligned with priority markets, customer needs and commercial growth targets.

Key Responsibilities
Regional Marketing Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned to regional business objectives.
Translate general marketing strategies into local market activity.
Drive integrated campaigns across digital, content, events, ABM and customer engagement programmes.
Ensure regional marketing activity supports revenue growth,



pipeline creation and customer retention.
Develop regional-specific messaging frameworks to drive a high-quality output of marketing materials and thought-leadership content
Commercial & Sales Alignment
Partner closely with regional sales leadership and account teams.
Support strategic account growth through targeted customer engagement programmes.
Develop marketing initiatives that accelerate opportunities through the sales cycle.
Create customer-focused assets that support commercial conversations and account progression.
Demand Generation
Deliver campaigns that generate qualified leads and measurable pipeline impact.
Work with demand generation and digital specialists to optimise performance across channels.
Monitor campaign effectiveness and implement continuous improvements.
Events & Customer Engagement
Lead regional event strategy, including industry exhibitions, executive briefings, webinars and cust
