About the role
We are looking for a Senior TMS Consultant to join our growing TMS team.
You will work closely with customers to understand their transportation processes and business requirements, translating them into effective Blue Yonder TMS solutions.
The role combines functional TMS expertise, customer consulting and project delivery,
with responsibility for leading functional areas throughout the project lifecycle.
You will work closely with customers, Solution Architects and technical teams to ensure successful implementation and continuous improvement of Blue Yonder TMS solutions.
What you’ll do
Act as a functional consultant and trusted advisor to customers throughout Blue Yonder TMS implementation and transformation projects.
Lead business process analysis, requirements gathering and customer workshops, translating business needs into effective TMS solutions.
Design, configure, test and validate Blue Yonder TMS solutions across relevant transportation processes.
Take ownership of functional workstreams throughout the project lifecycle, from solution design and testing to training, go-live and hypercare.
Analyse complex functional issues, identify root causes and drive solutions and process improvements.
