About the role




As a Service Manager, youll have overall responsibility for the quality, safety and effectiveness of the service, ensuring we meet CQC requirements and consistently provide high standards of care.
Youll:
- Lead, support and develop a dedicated care team.
- Create a positive culture where colleagues feel valued and supported.
- Ensure customers receive personalised, high-quality care and support.
- Promote independence, dignity, choice and wellbeing.
- Maintain strong compliance with CQC regulations and relevant legislation.
- Lead on safeguarding, risk management and quality assurance.
- Monitor and improve the quality of the service through audits, reviews and feedback.
- Ensure care plans and risk assessments accurately reflect individual needs.
- Build positive relationships with customers, families, commissioners and professionals.
