Job Summary
The Payroll & HR Specialist will support the European organization, with primary responsibility for coordinating payroll and managing day-to-day HR administration for employees in Spain and several other European countries.
This is a hands-on, individual contributor role supporting a population of fewer than 100 employees. Payroll is managed through third-party payroll providers, and the Payroll & HR Specialist will serve as the key internal point of contact responsible for coordinating the payroll process, reviewing payroll outputs, resolving issues, and ensuring that payroll is accurate and delivered on time.
In addition to payroll coordination, the Payroll & HR Specialist will manage a broad range of HR administration activities across the employee lifecycle.
