Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and functional support to Portuguese-speaking clients.
Maintain excellence in customer support services by resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure optimized solutions and process improvements.
Manage client relationships through multiple communication channels, including chat, email, and phone.




Ensure all interactions meet internal quality benchmarks for the Customer Support Services industry.
Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product specifications and service standards.
Contribute to a positive team environment while hitting individual and collective KPIs.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
Professional proficiency in English for inter-office communication.
Valid EU passport (mandatory for this role in Bulgaria).
Proven experience in customer support services or client-facing roles.
Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
Availability to work on-site in Sofia for this prestigious Portuguese Speaking Solutions Consultant position in Bulgaria.
