Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support to customers regarding Dyson’s premium consumer electronics product range.
Troubleshoot technical inquiries and provide expert guidance on high-end appliances.
Maintain a deep understanding of evolving consumer electronics technology to deliver informed advice.




Ensure an exceptional customer experience that mirrors the innovation synonymous with the Dyson brand.
Process orders, manage returns, and resolve technical issues with efficiency and professionalism.
Document customer interactions within the CRM system to improve service delivery and product feedback loops.
Collaborate with international teams to meet performance targets in the fast-paced consumer electronics market.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory.
Strong command of English for international team communication.
Valid EU passport or valid residency status to work in Greece.
Passion for cutting-edge technology and consumer electronics.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
