We are currently scouting for a talented professional for the Portuguese Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria. Key Responsibilities
Deliver exceptional omnichannel support to players within the competitive Gaming & Esports ecosystem.
Resolve technical and gameplay-related inquiries with precision and a professional, enthusiast-driven tone.
Maintain deep knowledge of game mechanics, account security, and tournament policies to provide accurate guidance.




Collaborate with internal teams to flag emerging technical bugs or community trends.
Foster player loyalty by providing swift, empathetic, and expert solutions in the Portuguese language.
Maintain internal KPIs related to ticket resolution time, quality scores, and overall player satisfaction.
Stay updated on the latest industry releases and trends to offer relevant and modern support.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Bulgaria.
A genuine passion for the Gaming & Esports industry is highly preferred.
Excellent written communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work on-site in Sofia, Bulgaria for this Portuguese Speaking Support Specialist position in Bulgaria.
Previous experience in customer service or community management is an advantage.
