Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for Miele customers, maintaining the high standards expected in the consumer electronics industry.
Provide expert troubleshooting and guidance for premium household appliance technical issues.




Offer professional advice on the latest Miele product lines to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Manage inquiries via telephone, email, and chat with precision, elegance, and empathy.
Document customer feedback to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Miele user experience.
Maintain a deep technical understanding of smart home appliances to resolve complex technical concerns efficiently.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Advanced English proficiency to facilitate internal communication.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Passion for high-end consumer electronics and technical troubleshooting.
Excellent communication skills, showcasing a professional and consultative approach.
