We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the Portuguese Speaking Customer Care Experts position in Greece within the dynamic Customer Support Services industry. Key Responsibilities
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, delivering excellence in all Customer Support Services interactions.
Resolve customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by providing accurate and timely information.




Collaborate with internal departments to address complex technical or account-related issues.
Stay updated on product knowledge to provide expert guidance and support to users.
Contribute to team targets by maintaining high-quality standards for every support interaction.
Participate in regular feedback sessions to ensure continuous service improvement.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
Proficient level of English to navigate internal systems and collaborate within international teams.
Valid EU passport or a valid work permit for Greece.
Strong interpersonal skills with a passion for building professional relationships.
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment common in the Customer Support Services sector.
Customer-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
