Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical and account support to telecommunications customers via phone, email, and chat.
Troubleshoot complex network and connectivity issues, ensuring a seamless experience for the end-user.
Advise customers on the latest telecommunications products, digital services, and value-added solutions.




Maintain detailed customer records and documentation within the internal CRM systems.
Stay updated on the latest telecommunications industry trends and service protocols to provide expert guidance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve escalated technical inquiries efficiently.
Achieve individual and team performance targets to ensure consistent service excellence.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Strong interest in the telecommunications industry and consumer electronics.
Exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric mindset.
Ability to work in a remote environment within Greece with high reliability.
Proven experience in customer service or technical support environments.
