We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the Portuguese Speaking Customer Experts for an Electronics Leader position in Greece. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for users of cutting-edge technology, ensuring premium support experiences that align with a global electronics powerhouse.
Key Responsibilities
Provide world-class support to Portuguese-speaking customers regarding high-end consumer electronics.
Troubleshoot technical queries related to mobile devices, home appliances, and audio-visual equipment.
Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering accurate, efficient, and empathetic resolutions.




Educate users on the latest features and functionalities of the newest consumer electronics product launches.
Effectively manage inbound inquiries through phone, email, and live chat channels.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex technical escalations promptly.
Continuously update your knowledge of the latest industry trends and software updates within the consumer electronics sector.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
A genuine interest in consumer electronics and modern technology trends.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, perfect for those seeking jobs in Greece.
Ability to navigate multiple software platforms with ease while maintaining a professional demeanor.
Previous experience in technical support or customer service is highly advantageous.
