We are currently seeking dedicated professionals for the Portuguese Speaking Financial Customer Experts position in Greece, serving the fast-paced finance sector. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-level financial support and guidance to Portuguese-speaking clients regarding their accounts and transactions.
Ensure compliance with international financial regulations and internal data protection policies.
Monitor and troubleshoot complex financial inquiries, ensuring rapid resolution and high customer satisfaction.




Maintain clear and professional communication with stakeholders across the finance industry.
Analyze account data to identify discrepancies and provide accurate, timely reports.
Execute financial processes with precision to maintain the integrity of the firm’s service standards.
Collaborate with international teams to optimize service delivery within our Athens office.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this role.
Proven professional experience in finance, banking, or high-end customer service.
Valid EU passport (mandatory requirement for relocation).
Fluency in English to facilitate professional collaboration within our international team.
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for the financial services industry.
Ability to relocate to Athens, Greece, to join our on-site team.
