? Your Role
As a Norwegian-speaking Customer Support Specialist, you'll help users with everyday questions and non-technical issues across a range of digital products and services.
You'll support customers with things like:
Play Store questions and troubleshooting
Google Pay and payment-related enquiries
Google for Families support
Questions about Books, Movies and other digital services
Navigating products and finding the right solutions
Providing friendly and professional support in Norwegian and English
You won't need to be a technical expert. You'll receive full training and the tools you need to become confident in the role.
