Role Mission

As an Influencer Marketing Trainee, you will support the team in executing high-impact influencer campaigns and learning the ins and outs of influencer marketing in a fast-paced, international agency environment. This is an excellent opportunity to grow professionally within a leading creative agency.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in researching influencers aligned with brand identity and campaign goals.




Support influencer outreach and communication, ensuring timely responses and coordination.
Help monitor campaign progress and gather deliverables for client reporting.
Participate in competitive and trend analysis within the beauty and lifestyle sectors.
Aid in organizing internal documentation, databases, and team assets.
Attend brainstorming and creative meetings, offering fresh, Gen-Z-aligned insights.

Skills & Experience

Recent graduate or final-year student in marketing, communications, or related fields.
Interest in influencer marketing, social media, and content trends, and familiarity with platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
Strong organizational and communication skills.
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a team setting.
Profesional level in English
