Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality omnichannel support to Portuguese-speaking clients within the Customer Support Services industry.
Resolve complex customer inquiries via telephone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.




Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the internal CRM systems.
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure service level agreements are consistently met.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of support processes to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Stay updated on product knowledge and service policies to provide accurate information to end-users.
Ensure all interactions reflect the premium service standards expected in the Portuguese-speaking jobs market.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
