We are currently seeking a passionate professional for the Portuguese Speaking Fitbit Products Support Specialist position in Bulgaria, located in the vibrant heart of Sofia. Key Responsibilities
Provide high-quality technical support to users of wearable fitness devices in Portuguese.
Assist customers with the setup, synchronization, and troubleshooting of wellness tracking ecosystems.
Promote a healthy lifestyle by educating users on the advanced health monitoring features of their Fitbit products.




Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by resolving technical queries through chat, email, and telephone.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the latest fitness and wellness trends are reflected in support communications.
Document and report product feedback to enhance the user experience within the general fitness technology market.
Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written).
Strong communication skills in English to operate effectively within an international team.
A genuine passion for the fitness and wellness industry, specifically regarding wearable health technology.
Valid EU passport (mandatory).
Excellent analytical skills for diagnosing and solving technical product issues.
