Key Responsibilities

Manage inquiries via phone, email, and chat with the elegance and professionalism expected of a high-end jewelry brand.
Assist customers with product knowledge,



collection details, and order management, providing expert guidance with a warm and sophisticated tone.
Handle complex customer interactions with discretion and excellence, resolving issues in a manner that maintains the brand’s prestigious reputation.
Maintain high quality and service levels as defined by the luxury goods performance metrics.

Native or fluent Portuguese (spoken and written) is mandatory for this position.
