About the job:
This role sits at the heart of Opella's global Talent Acquisition organisation, translating strategy into execution through governance, workforce planning, technology, reporting, and operational excellence. Working closely with the Global Head of Talent Acquisition, you will help shape how Talent Acquisition operates globally, ensuring consistency, visibility, and performance across markets and functions.

you will design and optimise the operating infrastructure that enables Talent Acquisition to succeed at scale. From workforce planning and AI adoption to executive reporting and governance, you will help define how a global Talent Acquisition function operates, measures success, and creates value for the business.
Lead initiatives that strengthen Talent Acquisition effectiveness and business impact.
Drive general workforce planning, governance, and operational excellence.
Shape the adoption of AI and digital tools across Talent Acquisition.
Enable data-driven decision-making through reporting, analytics, and performance insights.
Partner with senior leaders to support business growth and talent strategy.
