This is a high-impact design leadership opportunity focused on shaping growth experiences for a integral B2B SaaS product used by millions of people.
You will own the design strategy across activation, feature discovery, engagement, habit formation, and expansion.
The role combines strategic product thinking, hands-on design, experimentation, and a strong understanding of user behavior.
You will explore how AI can accelerate the journey from first interaction to meaningful product value and long-term engagement.
Working closely with Product and Engineering, you will tackle complex challenges involving AI quality, discoverability, usability, and growth.
You will operate with significant autonomy, treating the growth experience like an entrepreneurial venture within a larger organization.
As a Staff-level leader, you will also elevate design quality, mentor designers, and help shape systems, tools,



and practices across the product organization.

Accountabilities
Own the end-to-end design strategy across activation, onboarding, feature discovery, engagement, habit formation, and expansion experiences.
Identify the highest-impact opportunities throughout the user journey and build compelling cases for prioritizing them.
Lead experimentation and iterative design initiatives that help users reach meaningful product value faster while generating measurable business outcomes.
Explore and apply generative AI to create more personalized, intuitive, and effective activation and engagement experiences at scale.
Approach complex and ambiguous problems with an entrepreneurial mindset, developing lean experiments and taking ownership from concept through execution and measurement.
