About the Opportunity
Step into a integral engineering leadership role where you'll own and shape the future of Order Management Automation across our business. Sitting within the Content & Workflow stream, you'll lead the evolution of legacy automation (Compleat) while contributing to a next-generation Order Management platform.



This is a unique opportunity to balance stability with innovation, driving technical excellence, modern architecture, and AI-powered engineering practices across a distributed team. You'll play a critical role in ensuring our automation capabilities are reliable today while building what comes next.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the technical roadmap for Order Management Automation across Compleat and the emerging Order Management platform
- Set and enforce engineering standards across code quality, API design, testing, documentation, and deployment
- Drive API design and governance across REST, SOAP, and GraphQL integrations
- Lead evaluation of automation approaches, balancing legacy platform stability with future platform direction
- Take full ownership of Compleat platform performance, reliability, incident response, and release management
- Act as senior escalation point for automation-relate
