Business Development Specialist, KOL & Affiliate Acquisition - Spain

The role
We're looking for someone to own Card acquisition in the Spanish market, building and managing affiliate, KOL, creator, and community partnerships across Spain.
This is a distribution-driven business development role focused on measurable user acquisition, not general marketing or community management.
You will own your partner pipeline from sourcing and outreach through negotiation, launch and performance optimisation.
