Are you experienced on the phone and in the management of sales cycles looking for a fresh opportunity in Saa S Sales? Then read on I am seeking a self-motivated and dedicated Account Executive to join an innovative, skilled, and sociable team in a Saa S company in Madrid for the US or UK market.
Key Responsibilities:
Cover the full sales cycle, from lead generation to prospecting to closing Researching client needs, challenges, and opportunities. Developing and implement strategies to secure new business. Working with Sales Specialists to generate and convert leads. Creating and delivering persuasive proposals and presentations. Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to close deals. Tracking and managing the sales pipeline, providing accurate forecasts. Meeting or exceeding sales targets and revenue goals.
Required
Skills and Experience: Highly fluent in English (C2) 6-12 months of experience in outbound B2 B/B2 C sales (preferably in Saa S) Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
Willingness to move to Madrid, Spain US:



Willingness to work primarily late shifts to sync with US business hours (14:45-23:45 Monday to Thursday, Friday 14:45-20:45) UK: Willingness to work a 9:00-18:00 schedule Previous experience working with US or UK markets in Sales is a plus EU Pass or full-time working permit/visa for Madrid Spanish is a plus Benefits : Fixed base salary (30.000 € gross) + uncapped commission plan (15.000 € OTE) Real stability with a permanent contract Career plans and professional development opportunities International environment with over 33 different nationalities Private Health care plan (after 6 months) Support with Social Security number if needed.
