What you'll do Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting, Linked In, events, and networking. Conduct discovery conversations to understand client needs and business challenges. Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline. Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and Business teams. Manage opportunities and customer interactions through CRM tools. What we're looking for
- 2–4 years of experience in BDR , SDR, Business Development, Inside Sales, or similar roles.
- Experience in B2 B prospecting and demand generation.




- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- English C1 or above (mandatory).
- Spanish and additional European languages are a plus.
- Proactive, organized, and results-driven mindset.
