In this strategic technology leadership role, you will shape the Operations IT data, semantic, and knowledge strategy to enable trusted data foundations for analytics, AI, and automation. You will align data capabilities with enterprise priorities and drive cross-domain interoperability across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, and more. You will lead governance, data products, and semantic layer evolution to improve decision-making and operational performance. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Own and deliver the Operations IT data, semantic and knowledge strategy aligned with priorities
• Define evolution of data products, contracts, semantic layers and knowledge graphs for analytics, AI and automation
• Drive cross-domain alignment and reuse of data capabilities across Operations
• Translate business standards and governance requirements into scalable technology capabilities
• Identify opportunities to leverage data, semantics, knowledge and AI to improve performance and outcomes
• Support lifecycle management of enterprise data products across Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, Sustainability and broader Operations
• Build and evolve semantic layer with entities, metrics, relationships, definitions and rules
• Advance semantic data products enabling interoperability across analytics, applications, automation and AI
• Monitor adoption, quality and value through KPIs and establish AI-ready data product strategies




• Lead knowledge graphs and enterprise knowledge capabilities integrating structured and unstructured data
• Implement semantic models, ontologies, taxonomies, metadata and relationships with business owners
• Improve management and discoverability of unstructured information (documents, procedures, quality records)
• Partner with Digital u0026 AI teams to enable GenAI, search, agents and intelligent automation
• Leverage AI/automation to classify and enrich enterprise information at scale
• Operationalise data governance, semantic standards, data contracts and information management
• Ensure data quality, metadata, lineage, security, access control, retention and compliance
• Maintain clear accountability between business data meaning and IT-enabled technologies
• Drive alignment across business domains, EA, Engineering and Digital u0026 AI
• Act as trusted technology partner to senior business and data leadership
Responsabilidades
• Significant experience leading xqbhyrx data, information management, digital transformation or technology delivery initiatives with measurable impact
• Proven ability to develop and execute data strategies and deliver data products or knowledge products
• Strong understanding of modern data architectures, cloud data platforms, semantic layers, metadata management and data contracts
• Hands-on experience delivering GenAI products in live business environments through full SDLC
• Ability to translate business concepts, KPIs, rules and domain standards into reusable data product capabilities
• Experience leading cross-functional delivery pods across multiple business domains
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
• Experience operating within a federated data governance model with business data owners and governance teams
