As an FDE, you are the technical core of a squad delivering production AI to business processes for Allianz Operating Entities. You partner with domain experts to translate problems into scalable AI solutions, reusing MVS/AI Building Blocks or building custom components. You collaborate with AI Engagement Managers to move quickly from discovery to deployment, owning end-to-end delivery and ensuring security and reliability. You contribute to a central building-block catalogue to enable future solutions and scale impact.

• Reuse and extend MVS/AI Building Blocks to design custom services, integrations, and agents
• Ship solutions across backend, frontend, data/ML, and ops stacks from development to production
• Set up CI/CD, containerization, and IaaC with a focus on security and reliability




• Document and operationalize solutions; scale by contributing patterns to the central catalogue
• Partner with AI Engagement Manager and local/general teams to move from discovery to deployment
Responsabilidades
• Hands-on software engineer with a track record of shipping production code across a large stack
• Experience with cloud-native stacks and DevOps (CI/CD, containers, Kubernetes)
• Testing and observability experience; secure xqbhyrx coding in regulated settings
• Knowledge of modern data/AI stack (Python, APIs, vector databases) and integrating LLM/agent frameworks
• Strong collaboration and communication; thorough documentation
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering or equivalent professional experience
• Fluency in English
