In this role you will drive strategic advisory and transformation programmes for transport, mobility, and infrastructure clients. You will lead workstreams, steer multidisciplinary teams, and translate analyses into actionable business cases and implementation plans. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders to shape investment decisions and operating models, contributing to Arup’s growth in Spain. Expect hands-on delivery, workshops, and executive-facing outputs that impact public and private sector projects. Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Support clients in strategic, operational and organizational challenges in transport/mobility
• Develop strategic assessments, transformation roadmaps and implementation plans
• Design future operating models and drive organizational change
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement
• Translate complex issues into structured recommendations and programmes




• Develop business cases and option assessments for major programmes
• Evaluate implications of investment decisions and prioritise transformation programmes
• Lead consulting workstreams and coordinate multidisciplinary inputs
• Manage project planning, quality assurance and client-facing outputs
• Coach and mentor junior consultants and support business development
Responsabilidades
• 6+ years in management consulting, strategy, transformation or related fields
• Experience in business case development, transformation programmes, operating model design or strategic planning xqbhyrx
• Experience leading complex workstreams and coordinating multidisciplinary teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with qualitative and quantitative data
• Excellent written and verbal communication in Spanish and English
• Experience preparing executive-level presentations and reports
• Ability to work independently in evolving environments
• Fluent in Spanish and English
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline
• Master’s degree (MBA, MSc or equivalent) highly desirable
